1. Zero-Knowledge / Local-First Ingestion

Aventine Labs LLC engineers SovereignDispute™ with strict local-first privacy controls. When you perform a 3-bureau credit pull or upload a credit report PDF, your raw Social Security Number (SSN) and unencrypted credit report are processed ephemerally in memory and **never stored in plaintext on our database servers**.

2. Data We Process

  • Account Credentials: Email address for secure passwordless magic link authentication.
  • Dispute Metadata: Trade line identifiers, creditor names, account numbers (masked), and generated dispute letter texts.
  • Postal Tracking Logs: USPS Certified Mail tracking numbers and delivery confirmation timestamps from Lob.com.

3. Third-Party API Partners

We integrate with SOC 2 Type II compliant providers strictly to execute your self-directed requests:

  • Lob.com: For physical printing and USPS Certified Mail dispatch.
  • Supabase: For AES-256 encrypted database authentication and row-level security.
  • Stripe / Dedicated Merchant Rail: For secure PCI-DSS Level 1 payment processing.

4. No Sale of Personal Data

Aventine Labs LLC does not sell, rent, monetize, or trade consumer personal data, credit files, or contact details to third-party data brokers or marketing affiliates under any circumstances.
