Zero Recurring Subscriptions: There are no monthly recurring membership fees, auto-renewing subscriptions, or hidden maintenance charges. Every order is a single, discrete, one-time transaction.

Strict No Refunds Policy: Due to immediate commitment of third-party USPS postage fees, CASS address standardization costs, and physical materials upon dispatch, all completed dispatch fees are final and non-refundable. Erroneous technical double-charges verified by our system will be promptly refunded upon contact at Help & Support (/help).
Optional USPS Certified Mail dispatching services are fulfilled via automated print-and-mail API infrastructure (Lob.com):
Postal Non-Refundability Notice: Once a user authorizes a physical mail dispatch or generates a certified letter, postal carrier fees, printing charges, and USPS barcode tracking numbers are immediately paid and committed to third-party postal carriers. Therefore, certified mail dispatch fees are strictly non-refundable once generated or dispatched.
Payment processing services are provided via PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant merchant payment gateways. SovereignDispute™ accepts major payment cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All charges on your bank or credit card statement will appear with the statement descriptor:

To protect customers from accidental duplicate billing caused by rapid multi-clicking, browser reloads, or network latency, SovereignDispute™ enforces automated client-side 2,000ms payment debouncing and server-side Idempotency Key validation.
When a user authorizes a payment by clicking "Pay & Activate", payment input fields immediately lock and display an active processing indicator. If a payment button appears temporarily disabled, this is an intentional security feature designed to protect your card from duplicate charges.
